Inspired by a weekend holiday to Yorke Peninsula, "Trees in Golden Wheat Field" captures the timeless beauty of nature. I love painting these wheat field scenes as I do them in so many variations of colours reflecting the seasons and time of day. The use of metallic golds with black and white adds a contemporary flair to this super textured piece, making it a real feature piece for one's room.
