Inspired by my outback Australian Travels and my love of trees. This new abstract I have used my new background technique. I am drawn to metallic golds, electric blues, turquoise and whites as reminds me of the nights I spent camping out bush or in the sand dunes at the beach. Also reminds me of our beautiful opal gems. The gum trees are also textured to jump off the painting. The colours are vibrant when captured in the light. The background is really interesting when looked at close up. Painted around the edges ready to hang.
