One of my favourite subjects to paint are trees and they are also my signature painting. Gum Tree by Starry Opal Skies is a stunning contemporary abstract take featuring a textured white gum tree set against an opal starry night sky. The colours are truly vibrant and very striking, with dynamic splatters of blues, greens, pinks, golds, and whites contrasting beautifully against a textured black sky. This textured impasto piece captures the essence of nature with a fresh and modern perspective. Painted around the edges, ready to hang.
