LOVE textures this one delivers. This abstract take on the waves coming onto the beach is part of my wave series. This version I have used more of a bright sun burnt orange. Inspired by my weekends surfing down Middleton beach. This painting has a heavy textures to create the water ripples - movement and the rough sand. A piece inspired to calm almost like a meditation piece where you feel like you are at the beach. Perfect for a coastal home or a wanting to bring the beach vibes into ones home. The colours are a mix of deep blues, turquoise, sky blue, white and burnt orange for the sand with a white wash which shows on the textures. This version is very vibrant a great way to add a splash of colour but still being tranquil and calm. These colours are very Australiana too.
