LOVE TEXTURES THIS ONE DELIVERS. This painting was inspired by my love of the ocean and my travels through the centre of Australia, through the opal mining towns. It represents black opal but also with a wave element to it. The swirls are piped on and very 3D. Background has a base of black with splashes of deep blues, turquoise, greens, pinks, metallic silver and gold. A very moody classic contemporary piece.
