This is a new version of my new gum trees in coastal hues and with 2 trees and have used a minty green and blue background vs my others in a more sky blue, I have also used a more salmon pink in the trunk of the trees (orange-pink). Inspired by the old gums where I run my dog and living in the Adelaide Hills, I used my own photos for this inspo. Using my signature thick textures and using my favourite coastal hues with a slight influence of impressionism. Background has a light texture of sky blues and mint greens and the gum has heavy textures. View the close ups to see the textures. A mix of deep blues, silvers, golds, whites, turquoise, mint green and salmon pink with a gloss varnish. My textural paintings always look better in real life as hard to capture their true textures in a photo.
